Emaar registered more home sales than any other developer in January–September 2026 in our records: 15,449, or 10.5% of Dubai's total. By value its share was larger still, at 13.9%, because its homes sell for more than the Dubai median.

In January–September 2026 the largest share of Emaar's registered sales was in Dubai Creek Harbour (3,550 sales, 23.0%), followed by Dubai South, where Emaar's Terra Woods, Terra Gardens and Golf Vale sold (2,146, 13.9%), Downtown Dubai (1,271, 8.2%) and Dubai Hills Estate (1,171, 7.6%).

The median Emaar home registered in January–September 2026 sold for AED 2,453,000, or AED 2,267 per sq ft against AED 1,736 for Dubai as a whole. Only 7.8% of its sales were under AED 1 million, and 42.1% were ready homes rather than off-plan, the highest ready share of the five developers we cover here.

Yes. Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006 lets foreign nationals own freehold in designated areas, and Indian residents can remit up to USD 250,000 (about AED 918,125) each per financial year under the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme, with relatives able to combine limits for one property.
