The Archive

The Archive by Imtiaz is an off-plan residential development in Dubai offering a collection of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Homes are offered in a range of layouts, starting from 360 sqft for studios and extending to 1,314 sqft for 3 bedroom apartments. Starting prices range from AED 666,000 for studios to AED 1.9 million for 3 bedroom residences. The project provides two flexible purchasing structures. The 50/50 payment plan allocates 50% during construction and 50% on completion, while the alternative 60/40 post-handover plan allocates 60% during construction and the remaining 40% through quarterly payments over three years after handover. The Archive is scheduled for completion in Q3 2028 and is developed by Imtiaz, a Dubai real estate developer established in 1993.
