Belgravia Gardens is Ellington Properties’ latest development in Falcon City of Wonders, designed as a self-sustaining sanctuary where daily conveniences and lifestyle amenities sit right at your doorstep. Set in Dubailand, the project blends urban connectivity with a calmer, greener rhythm of living. The architecture is defined by a contemporary facade with nature-inspired accents and expansive glazing that draws in natural light and reflects the surrounding landscaping. Life at Belgravia Gardens revolves around a vibrant resort-style core.
