Four were completed in January–September 2026 (Binghatti Apex, Pinnacle, Ivory and Ghost), and 19 carry a 2026 completion date, three of which were marked finished by 8 October.

The median Binghatti home registered in January–September 2026 sold for AED 1,186,000, at AED 1,923 per sq ft against AED 1,736 for Dubai as a whole. 40.0% of its 9,906 sales were under AED 1 million, and 86.9% were off-plan.

Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006 lets foreign nationals own freehold in designated areas, and the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme allows each Indian resident to send up to USD 250,000 (about AED 918,125) per financial year, with relatives able to combine limits for one property.
