Casagrand Hermina

Casagrand Hermina is a waterfront residential development on Dubai Islands inspired by Hermes, the mythological messenger who moved between worlds. The project brings together the energy and connectivity of the city with the calm of coastal living. The architecture is shaped by flowing curves, layered terraces and glass-fronted balconies that echo the movement of the sea. Residences are arranged to provide quieter corridors, greater privacy and panoramic views across the waterfront, Dubai skyline, Sharjah skyline, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek. The development comprises 131 fully furnished residences with one to four bedrooms. Interiors feature branded furniture, entry foyers, walk-in closets, abundant natural light and smart home controls for lighting, temperature and security. Selected larger residences include maid's rooms and built-in pool or jacuzzi features. Residents have access to an extensive collection of wellness, leisure and community amenities, including swimming pools, an infinity pool, fitness facilities, spa areas, a sky cinema, children's spaces and a marina-linked promenade. The project is scheduled for completion in Q2 2028.
